ai training

AI at work. With purpose.

Practical training for teams and leaders, connected to the company’s challenges, tools and responsibilities.

[in practice]

Learn through the work you already do.

For example: the team brings a recurring task. During the session, they try an approach, compare results and leave with a method they can use again.

  1. 01

    Start with real questions

We learn about roles, tools and familiarity levels before preparing exercises.

  2. 02

    Practise with judgement

The team learns to request, check and improve results, including when not to use AI.

  3. 03

Take the method into the next day

Examples and materials help people repeat the process and share their knowledge.

[when it makes sense]

Sound familiar?

  • Tools used without a method
  • Questions about security and responsibility
  • Training that doesn’t change the work
  • AI’s value is still unclear

[what we can build]

From challenge to solution.

  • Executive workshops
  • Practical team training
  • Use cases by role
  • Playbooks and internal guidelines
  • Library of examples and prompts
  • Follow-up sessions

[how we move forward]

One step at a time.

01

Listen

We identify tasks, questions, tools and levels of confidence.

02

Adapt

We build examples using the company’s vocabulary and challenges.

03

Practise

The team works on real cases, with clear limits and criteria.

04

Apply

Each session ends with next steps, owners and reusable materials.

[before we start]

A proposal with context.

We define goals, deliverables, timelines and support in the proposal. Licences, external services and advertising are identified where applicable.

Do we need experience with AI?

No. We adapt the starting point to the group. Teams with very different levels may benefit from separate sessions or learning paths.

Can training focus on a specific role?

Yes. We can work on marketing, sales, operations or leadership tasks, with examples connected to the team’s context.

Is the training certified?

Sessions are practical and tailored to the project. We do not include professional certification or accreditation as standard; any such requirement should be discussed before the proposal.
