frequently asked questions

Good to know. Before we begin.

Answers to the questions that help prepare a collaboration. You’ll also find questions about specific areas on the service pages.

Before we start

Do I need to hire you for several areas?

No. We can start with a specific need, such as a website, campaign or CRM. We identify useful connections and explain what makes sense to include now and what can wait.

I don’t have a brief yet. Can we talk?

Yes. Tell us what’s happening, what you’d like to change and what you’ve already tried. Our first task is to turn that context into a clear priority.

Do you work with our existing team or agency?

Yes. Before proposing changes, we clarify responsibilities and understand what already works. We can collaborate in a specific area or help connect the work of different teams.

How does the first conversation work?

We talk about the business, the people involved, the goal and the existing tools. From there, we define a project proposal or a more focused piece of work.

During the project

How are the timeline and investment defined?

The proposal describes the scope, deliverables, stages and support. The timeline also depends on access to information, integrations and the decisions needed. Licences, external services and advertising spend are identified separately where applicable.

How do we follow progress?

We agree on a point of contact, review milestones and how to share decisions. Each stage should make clear what’s done, what’s being reviewed and what’s needed to move forward.

What if the project changes along the way?

We assess the change with you: what it adds, what it replaces and its effect on time and investment. A new scope is agreed before we begin additional work.

How do you choose the tools?

We start with real usage: who will work with the solution, which systems exist and what data needs to flow between them. The choice considers maintenance, integrations, costs and the autonomy the team needs.

After delivery

Does the team receive training?

Training is defined around the project. It may include practical sessions, documentation and examples for those managing content, following up with customers or using the new tools.

Is there support after launch?

We can agree on a support period or an ongoing collaboration. The proposal explains what’s included, how requests are handled and when priorities are reviewed.

What happens to access and materials?

Delivery of access, files and documentation is agreed in the proposal. We distinguish what is created for the project from licences, platforms and other third-party resources.

How do you know whether the work is delivering results?

We define signals relevant to the goal: enquiry quality, website usage, search, sales follow-up or task completion time. Results guide improvement; we do not replace that assessment with isolated reach figures.
